Sonic Anomaly updates Transpire free transient transient processor

Sonic Anomaly has re-released its Transpire free transient processor plugin.
The updated version features a new GUI, improved CPU optimization, code rewrite, sensitivity control, reduced latency, and tweaks to sound.
Transpire is a transient processor. It can enhance or dampen the initial attack and the sustain (body) of sound. Transpire has been designed to work well with drums and percussion. It does not operate linearly, which means small transients are being affected relatively stronger than large transients. This is good for bringing up smaller details while not overloading on large hits. As a result, percussive tracks can sound more steady and controlled compared to traditional transient enhancers.

Features:

- Attack enhance or dampen.

- Sustain enhance or dampen.

- Sensitivity controls the amount of details which Transpire can process. Small sensitivity will suit better for non-percussive material.

- Output is hard clipped at -0.1dB.

Autodafe Mega Drum Machines VST AU MAC/WiN FREE

This plugin is the AU/VST Version of the Mega Drum Machines Collection for Kontakt.
After the huge success of the Kontakt library, I decided to create an AU/VST version for MAC and Windows, both 32 and 64 bits.
The plugin contains samples of about 130 old, vintage, obscure, rare and hard to find drum machines.

What has been done:

  • Each kit has been mapped in a General Midi format (more or less, many old drum machines only have 4-5 sounds);
  • Each kit has been divided into 5 groups: Kicks, Snares, Hats, Cymbals and Toms;
  • Each kit has custom controls for panning and volume.
It tooks hours and hours getting the kits ready. The plugin can be downloaded for free but please consider a small donation, 5 dollars suggested.
