Biome Digital releases free sample pack

Biome Digital introduced some big changes to BiomeDigital.com including user registration, loyalty points and also a new free sample pack.

Club Techno features 10 audio construction kits, expertly assembled with the heaviest sounds aimed straight at the dance floor! Made on and Elektron Analog Rytm hardware drum computer, these sounds are dripping with character and are ready to drop straight into your latest production.

All kits contain a full loop and component parts including: drums, kick, clap, snare, hats, percussion and many variations. Also included are deep analogue synth chords, punchy melodic plucks, energetic sound effects and deep, cone shaking basslines.

Every loop is 8 bars long and musical loops are key labelled. Also included are 79 one-shot drum samples including: 14 kicks, 8 claps, 17 hi hats, 13 percussion, 12 cymbal/rides, 9 snare & 6 other.

KVR user Bigcat1969 has released a second version of his Iowa Piano for Kontakt, an instrument that takes its sound from public domain samples from the University of Iowa. He fixed some notes that sounded bad and added some consistency between the mf and f layers, plus other small tweaks.
