"After nearly 20 years BiFilter has become vintage and even though it's no longer profitable to remain a commercial product, we feel that more people should deserve an opportunity to enjoy this useful tool. That's why we decided to release one last update and turn it into freeware. BiFilter is now available for free and you are allowed to share it with your friends.
